Procedures for Runway Lights - ELDORADO (27R)

 

Schleicher County Airport ( 27R) was awarded a grant from TexDOT and has installed runway lights on 17/35
 
Lights and Rotating Beacon will always be on from Dusk till Dawn
 LEVEL 3 ( LOW INTENSITY)
 

PAPI lights may be enabled by clicking mic  5 or 7 times on CTAF  123.00

Runway lights initiated CTAF 123.00 by:

  • 3 mic clicks for LOW  intensity

  • 5 mic clicks for MEDIUM intensity

  • 7 mic clicks for HIGH intensity

Runway lights will dim to Level 3 ( LOW intensity)  15 min after MEDIUM or HIGH intensity has been initiated

HIGH LINES HAVE BEEN BURIED AT NORTH END OF RUNWAY AND ARE NO LONGER AN OBSTACLE
